Todd is a seasoned architecture and design professional with nearly three decades of experience leading teams, delivering complex projects, and cultivating strong client relationships. He has guided studios through all aspects of practice including operations, business development, and project delivery, serving as Principal-in-Charge on major civic, healthcare, aviation, corporate, sport and science projects across the Pacific Northwest.Throughout his career, Todd has built and led high-performing design teams known for collaboration, technical excellence, and a deep commitment to community impact. His leadership has helped shape over $3 billion in active work for clients such as the Port of Seattle, the State of Washington, Amazon, and the Seattle Seahawks.Todd’s professional interests center on the intersection of design, business, and regional development. He is active in multiple industry organizations including the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA), NAIOP, the Downtown Seattle Association, and the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce, and has served on DBIA’s Programs and Education Committee for more than a decade, advancing design-build education and best practices throughout the Pacific Northwest.Based in the Puget Sound region for over 30 years, Todd and his wife Caroline are deeply rooted in their community. He spent more than 15 years coaching youth baseball and soccer and volunteered for seven years as a martial arts instructor working with at-risk youth in Seattle’s Central District.Todd welcomes opportunities to connect with others who share his passion for architecture, leadership, and building thriving communities.
