Hi there & thanks for looking!I\'m a IT guy specialising in all things Apple & getting the Apple things playing nice with others.I\'ve been doing various IT Support roles since 2002 & have always found the MacEnterprise Mailing List, JAMFNation & OSX-Server IRC to be great places to ask & answer questions.As such, i\'ve become somewhat known for being vocal in those communities! This collimated in October 2013 with me being awarded a \"Deanship\" from JAMF Software for contributions to the JAMF Nation at the JAMF National User Conference. October 2014 saw my return to JAMF National User Conference where I was again awarded a \"Deanship\" as well as being on stage as part of a panel & doing my 1st talk on an app I then released called \"AutoCasperNBI.\"In December 2013 I was also awarded an \"Always Learning\" award by my employer, Pentland Brands Plc. This was for lessening support calls within our company with better integration within our environment & delivering end-user training, as well as delivering a mobile BYOD scheme & Digital Signage solution.I also have my own blog: http://macmule.com where I try & post stuff that may help others & so attempting to return a small amount the support & knowledge others have passed onto me.I enjoy the challenges of IT, & admittedly get frustrated when I can\'t figure it out! This drives me on to continuously review & rework processes.
