ABOUT BILLI TOMLINSON

I\'m Billi Tomlinson, relocated from Utah to South Florida in 2010. I spend some of my free time, reading books, riding bicycles, cooking, playing poker and investing in Real Estate & the Stock Market. After living & working in South Florida the past 13 years, my knowledge in the local communities is extensive & continues to grow as the communities do. I bring over 10 years of Business Development & Sales experience to any company. Prior to transitioning into Real Estate, I focused my efforts in the hospitality industry, which has enhanced my Career, by strengthening my attention to detail, problem solving and relationship skills. It is easy to see that I love working with people and I try to build lasting relationships with my clients. Customer satisfaction is my number one priority.I have served on the Young Professionals Committee and the Political Candidate Screening Committee for the Realtors of Broward & Palm Beaches on the local & state levels. I\'ve also been a member of the Women\'s Council of Realtors & Emerge Broward. All of these keep me engaged in the local & current events and creating relationships with the community.I have received many awards like Rising Star from Women\'s Council of Realtors and nominations like Young Professional of the Year from the Realtors of Broward & Palm Beaches.In 2023 I generated $4.2 Million in Sales.I mentor new staff, coming into the business, to help them achieve their respective goals.
