   Overall management & responsibility to successfully produce the 10-day consumer-focused LA Auto Show & media-focused preview days of AutoMobility LA. The LA Auto Show consumer days are globally renown, drawing hundreds of thousands of attendees, & fueling the automotive industries’ largest in-person opportunity in Southern California.SHOW ACTIVITIES & OVERSIGHT:+All stage production & logistical requirements, including oversight of production team, budgets, labor, scheduling & internal management+Liaison with various National & International organizations that bring programming & content to LA Auto Show & AutoMobility LA+Liaison with Sales team for logistical requirements, operations, security, ticketing, entrance access/storage, etc as related to VIP, private and/or in general show sponsors, exhibitors, & direct contacts+Ensure profitability by maximizing revenue & controlling expenses through analysis & overall impact of all programming+Operational oversight of merchandise sales & scooter/wheelchair rentalSTRATEGIES+Works closely with Executive team on future growth opportunities, including showsite layout, new revenue streams, staffing, & progressive tradeshow management (customer service & performance)LEADERSHIP / OVERSIGHT+Provide overall direction for Event Management,Exhibitor Services,Guest Services, & Contract Partners including:Contracted Operations Managers & Vendors providing Security, Ticketing,Command Center,Cleaning,Brand Ambassadors,LAPD,LAFD,Building Management,Parking,DOT,CHP,Internet Provider,Show Food & Beverage,Graphics,General services contracting (electrical, rigging, décor & freight) & Management of any & all on site charitable/community events and/or programming+Act as main liaison between President,Show Management & external customers including contractual agreements for all main exhibit hall floorplans+Work closely with CAD designer on updating of floorplans ensuring approved access throughout the campus for safety & security
