I am a Junior at the University of Dayton studying Entrepreneurship & Finance within the School of Business Administration. I currently work as the Executive President of Coffee Divisions and am the incoming Chief Executive Officer for Flyer Enterprises, one of the nation\'s largest student-run businesses. Additionally, I am an active member of Alpha Kappa Psi business fraternity, which fosters professional development and personal growth. I am a motivated individual who seeks new opportunities and always wants to grow. I am passionate about leadership, team building, fostering culture, and being an active learner.

Develop and execute strategic goals for each location, facilitating weekly management meetings to introduce new initiatives, resolve challenges, and hold managers accountable for performance outcomes. Partner closely with the executive leadership team to drive financial performance, identify opportunities to reduce costs, and improve profitability through data-driven decision-making.
