About Brandon Bean

With over 22 years of experience in the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community, I am an AI/ML Senior Solutions Director at General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT), where I empower defense leaders with cutting-edge AI/ML and data-driven technology solutions. I consult across the defense division to create synergy of effort among division projects and the GDIT AI/ML Center of Excellence. I also lead teams from 5 to 25 people worldwide in various environments, and specialize in assisting clients derive their requirements from vague or under-developed business models.In addition to my role at GDIT, I am an online adjunct professor and curriculum developer of data science and data analytics. I engage and mentor undergraduate and graduate students through innovative teaching and assessment of the fundamentals and applications of data science, using open source methodologies and real-world business use cases. I am proficient in Python, R, SQL, AI and ML, and I am advancing my knowledge and experience in cloud infrastructure and distributed systems. My mission is to seek ever-challenging AI/ML leadership experiences where I can showcase my diverse knowledge and experience.
