As a delivery manager, it’s my role to ensure app, web and technology improvements and updates release on time. My tribe focusses on EE’s chatbot, Aimee, handling over conversations per week.• Support and challenge the 5 squads in my tribe to adopt and continue using agile ways of working, including recording activity on JIRA, JIRA hygiene and the logging of support documentation and articles on Confluence • Lead, plan and facilitate quarterly Big Room Planning (Planning Increments) across the tribe and Omni-Service alliance, developing and maintaining the quarterly project delivery roadmap • Keep key deliveries and projects on track by holding weekly and daily syncs, and logging and updating risks, issues and dependencies • Unblock any challenges that arise with development and QA activity, linking colleagues across the business together to ensure delivery can continue effectively • Build key relationships across the business and with external 3rd party suppliers• Deliver and present key updates to project SteerCo’s and project control boards
