20 years of experience in customer service and patient care. Very organized and detailed in my work. I communicate well and get along with everyone. Very adaptable to all situations, I can work with a team or I can be self motivated and work alone. I follow instructions, I listen well, and I have no problem staying in my lane when it comes to work. I am critically think well and is very agile during adversity. I have been under the most intense kind of pressure in my past career and was always able to stay calm and work through it. High volume and fast pace kind of work is not a problem and have no problem finding work and things to do when it\'s not so fast paced. I take initiative when needed to and if I do not know if I can I have no problem asking prior to make sure I am within my boundaries of the company. I pride myself on my punctuality and dependability because I am always the first to arrive and If I have to, the last to leave. In the last twenty years I to days off when they were given to me, planned my social and medical events around my schedule and I never called off of work. I also try my hardest, do my best, and push myself the best I know how.
