I have two roles within the studio: as a design director for the services platform and cloud delivery teams for Microsoft\'s M365 cloud productivity platform, and as the GPM/Chief of Staff for the larger M365 Core Design studio. In my GPM/Chief of Staff role am responsible for ensuring that the 100+ person studio all-up is setup for success across several separate businesses, time zones, and geographies. As a design director, I am responsible for coordinating user-facing and deeply technical work all the way down to executing on individual design asks from partner teams with the help of an amazing design team.
