Responsibilities:Competition ManagementOversight of competition staff - Competition Manager, MLR Medical Director, and MLR Match Official Director.Ensure team adherence to all MLR policies and World Rugby laws/regulations.Manage disciplinary protocols in coordination with MLR policies and World Rugby laws/regulations.Lead the execution of the MLR Championship game.Evaluate and evolve policies on an annual basis to ensure alignment with domestic and global trends.Player AdministrationOversee player allocation and contracting process with the Competition Manager.Oversee visa/immigration processes.Oversee payroll management in coordination with the HR Manager.Oversee all off-field disciplinary matters.Vendor ManagementManage all competition-related vendors such as Data, TMO, and HIA providers.Pathway DevelopmentWork closely with MLR Director of Youth Development to build player, referee, and coaching pathways.Lead the execution of pathway-related events such as MLR Rising and MLR Draft.Support MLR\'s relationship with the nonprofit Imagine Rugby program.Stakeholder RelationshipsFoster collaborative relationships with all team high-performance personnelFoster collaborative relationships with key external stakeholders such as USA Rugby and World Rugby
