As President of BRC Living and a Partner at Boutique Retirement Company (formerly a division of Overland Property Group), I play an integral role in the product innovation of our senior segment brand platform, vision and culture. My primary focus includes recruitment and management of our newest concept, Boutique Retirement Communities, which is designed as a luxurious hospitality-driven independent living for discerning retirees. The Fairways of Ironhorse in Leawood, KS opened in March 2019, and coming soon: The Ridge, in Lenexa, KS. I also oversee BRC LYFE senior communities, which are designed as a la carte independent living communities for those who are more price conscious. I am directly responsible for the operational effectiveness across our age restricted independent senior living portfolio.
