Brian brings a unique blend of leadership, strategic and financial skills and operational can-do capabilities for growing organizations. He has a mix of operational leadership roles (CEO, CTO, CFO, President) and investment banking experience in Capital Markets, Equity Research and Strategy, M&A, and Hedge Fund Management. He is currently group CFO at Meditab. Prior to joining as group CFO at Meditab in June 2023, Brian held a number of roles at Babylon Health. He was initially responsible for the build-out of the first US technology hub in the US focused on software engineering/agile development, product management, product design/UI/UX, professional services and GRC. He is now, post build-out, focused on global corporate development and strategy - which includes strategic investments and acquisitions in the US, Europe and Asia. Prior to Babylon, Brian was a co-founder, Chairman & CEO of Intelligent Licensing (February 2012). Intelligent Licensing, acquired by Snow Software in May 2014, a provider of SAP Software Asset Management (SAM) software. Prior to Intelligent Licensing, he served in an operational role at MaxID, a leading provider of mobile identity management products between 2010 and 2011 as the President MaxID USA. Mr. Skiba served on the Board of Directors as Chairman between 2008 and 2009. A geographic mix of almost 20 years of equity research experience in the US, Europe and globally followed by 4 years of cross border technology M&A banking experience. Prior to investment banking, a software entrepreneur and has developed more than 17 commercial products. Capital Market experience includes having successfully completed over 42 market transactions - IPOs, secondaries, and large-block placements totally more than $5 billion for companies, predominantly the enterprise software segment. Specialties: Primary technical domain expertise in software, with a particular focus on disruptive trends and technologies. Extensive published strategic work done over the past 15 years with emphasis on the emergence of the Cloud, SaaS, Enterprise mobility, Social Media and Creative Destruction.
