The Director of Community Giving leads Rainbow Railroad’s robust and growing communitygiving program. Working with the Head of Development and senior volunteers, the Director ofCommunity Giving leads Rainbow Railroad’s annual giving campaigns and a year-roundmulti-channel fundraising program.This role also manages Rainbow Railroad’s third party, and peer-to-peer fundraising efforts, and plays a key role in identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding third-party and peer-to-peer supporters working with Rainbow Railroad. This position will lead and be responsible for developing strategy for Rainbow Railroad’s annual giving program, including recurring gifts, donor retention, direct mail, digital and tele-fundraising solicitation strategies.
