I am an industrial engineer and project leader with a unique blend of experience in manufacturing, quality systems, and construction project management. My career has been defined by my ability to deliver data-driven improvements, lead cross-functional teams, and execute projects that create tangible value from suppliers all the way to the end-user. In companies like SA Halac Steel and Nicomedia Steel, I played an integral role in optimizing operations on both the shop floor and the strategic level. At Halac, I implemented Lean methodologies like Value Stream Mapping to reduce waste and enhance throughput. At Nicomedia, I supported structural steel operations by improving both estimation accuracy and production coordination. I also bring solid expertise from the construction industry, where I’ve worked as an estimator and project coordinator for residential and commercial steel projects.
