Shadrach-Has worked as CEO/senior management team member of large international and regional organisations (Telecentre.org Foundation, Manila; Open Knowledge Network, UK; Transparency International, International Secretariat, Germany; and, OneWorld South Asia)-Has been a Ottawa-appointed program lead and grant-maker (International Development Research Centre, Canada)-Has had the opportunity to work with Dr Peter Eigen (anti-corruption), Prof M S Swaminathan (grameen gyan abhiyan, Mission 2007 and evergreen revolution), Mr Peter Armstrong (open knowledge systems), Ms Deborah Jacobs (Public Libraries); and Mr Richard Fuchs (rural informatics)-Pioneered programs and innovation (at Indian Express Newspapers, India; The British Council, India; Open Knowledge Network, UK; and, Commonwealth of Learning, Canada).A very unassuming, but a thorough professional who understands rights-based processes involved in pro-poor information and knowledge systems at the grassroots level.Good at raising resources for organisations. Has been successful in raising funds and sponsorship upto USD 70M in the last two decades.completed his PhD in Information Science (specialization in Rural Informatics) from Loughborough University, UK in 2003.
