Lead a team of Senior and Staff software engineers responsible for maintaining reliable and secure software platforms required for AI model development and production workloads. Developed and executed Hybrid technology platform investments (~$10M/year budget) between Cloud Providers (AWS) and migration and build out of on-prem Datacetenter. Worked to develop cost tracking tools to deliver more accurate reporting of individual cost centers across the organization, allowing for approximately 30% reduction in year-over-year cloud computing costs. Developed agile team rituals allowing for better tracking and communication of work state to leadership and stakeholder teams, including specific tools for Slack and Jira integrations along with associated dashboards.
