For more than 20 years, I’ve taken great pride in working with growing Northwest companies. I view my clients as partners. From start-ups through the middle market, I offer a practical and thoughtful approach to strategic decisions, financing alternatives and exit opportunities. Whether a client is web-based, in the cloud or “brick and mortar,” I always deliver business-focused legal advice. Because I’ve worked on both sides of the financing process and the M&A world, I’ve learned to quickly translate the needs of investors and strategic partners for management and entrepreneurs. When issues arise, my experience brings comfort with solutions that may be “creative” and necessary. While the technical aspect of my advice regularly involves corporate and securities laws, the business of my clients is always my main focus.
