Perform design, Owner\'s Engineer, and Owner\'s Representative efforts, depending on the specific project client and contract, for HV and EHV transmission line projects. Projects range from 115kV to 500kV. Responsible for transmission line design, modeling (including PLS-CADD, POLE) and specifications and civil design including monopole, multi-pole, and lattice structure foundations (LPILE, SHAFT, MFAD, CAISSON software design), review of access roads, staging areas, helicopter landing/refueling areas, and stream crossings. Conduct construction inspection and walk-down/punch-list inspections for deficiencies and verification of conditions. Perform NEPA technical EIS and POD review; EPC contractor technical scopes of work; geotechnical investigations; design criteria development and reviews; and construction work plan reviews.
