With over 30 years of experience in leading individuals, teams and divisions comprised of more than employees, I enjoy rolling up my sleeves to lead major transformative initiatives designed to improve the customer experience, cultivate internal talent and achieve highly profitable results. As Vice President of Regional Divisions exceeding $300MM in annual revenues, I have proven time and again an ability to create talented teams who share in a vision of sales and operational excellence. I have routinely enjoyed being the leading generator of both revenue and operating profit growth year after year due to my strong belief that your people ALWAYS make the difference; create, share and instill a vision – generate a culture of accountability – and celebrate successes often.
