Product Owner over $10m/yr worth of products while driving multiple efficiency and cost savings initiatives. Reducing internal costs by 30%. Responsible for design, coordination, & implementation of all IT Desktop Infrastructure projects to meet enterprise & client needs while maintaining SLAs, reporting metrics, etc. Interfaces w/ LOB representatives and other US/International IT depts across 47 countries. Sets direction and quarterly goals of multiple supporting depts including international desktop teams. Trained and coached 7 infrastructure depts on successful adoption of Agile practices as a SAFe certified SPC. Maintains ongoing Agile support and guidance. Responsible for determining quarterly goals for all global desktop teams with regular goal check-point meetings. Hosts weekly meetings w/ global 1st and 2nd level support teams ensuring evetyone is aware and participating in improvements. Managed teams through many disruptive technology upgrades such as- First major OS upgrade for MetLife in over 10 yrs. Led a complete upgrade to Windows 10 and the continuous upgrade methodology ensuring are never again behind this technology curve- Hardware vendor RFP and replacement, involving massive changes to processes and supply chain- Reduced tickets requiring 3rd level resolution by 90%- Implementation of cloud-based personal storage replacing old, antiquated NAS. This required extensive work with international legal and compliance departments, navigating complex international laws- Continuously overseeing multiple (long overdue & disruptive) upgrade projects such as JRE.NET, restricting local admin permissions, 64bit Office code base, etc.
