I moved to New York City independently at 18 years old. I had just dissolved my first business that I started at 15, and was looking for the first opportunity that would come my way. I developed a keen sense of direction in my entrepreneurial journey, that allowed me insight into where I am most valued within a company. One, I immediately realized my strength in system design. Building systems to maximize potential is a crucial element to any business. If your business doesn’t have an orderly flow, you need to fix that. Two, I can excel profusely given the right directions. My work experience outside of my own ventures has given me enough insight to be able to replicate any business model, given the guidance. There is a strong sense of direction once the path has been layed.Three, team building. A business is nothing without a team, and can’t move forward without a leader. Taking over this roll professionally (and unprofessionally) has excelled my career further that I previously thought imaginable. My experience is a little bit of everything, and there isn’t much that I couldn’t do given the time and guidance. That’s why I position myself as a highly valuable piece in any small, medium, and large business alike.Currently my own ventures are heavily creative and technical tasks, that require a lot more than just logistics, system building, and team bonding. These areas are places where I can excel, but learning to excel outside of these areas are important too. I believe it’s important for everybody to push themselves just a little bit everyday.
