I manage a team of editors at E Source, a leading research and advisory firm for the energy industry. I have over 7 years of experience in creating and maintaining web content that is clear, consistent, and engaging for our customers and stakeholders. My mission is to promote plain language and eliminate jargon across our deliverables and platforms. I led a 4-year project to develop and design a new style guide and word list for our company, and I update and train the department on these style resources every quarter. I also create custom style sheets for our external proofreading software and mentor junior team members on editing best practices and consultative approaches.
