About Bryson Bell

I\'m currently in my senior year at Tennessee Technological University pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering w/ a minor in Business. This summer I had the privilege of completing an internship with Garney Construction, where I got hands on experience with large scale water/wastewater construction projects. I was exposed to Submittals, RFI\'s, Change & Purchase Orders, Surveying, and creating a Questionnaire covering the entirety of Garney\'s Health & Safety Manual.I\'ve been an intern at LDA Engineering where I had the opportunity to learn about sidewalk projects and the business it takes to complete projects with the city of Nashville, specifically how important communication is and building relationships.I also completed a summer internship with Croy Engineering where I had the honor to learn how to use various tools (ex. Excel, Word, ArcGIS, AutoCAD, along with understanding bids) and improve my professional communication skills. All 3 internships have turned out to be a blessing for me personally and professionally, and I have learned skills that will carry with me throughout my professional career.Besides work, I am heavily involved within my Fraternity, Kappa Sigma, where I currently serve as President (Grand Master) and have served other chairs, such as chaplain. I also have served as my chapters Grand Scribe for the year 2024 and also was on IFC and served as VP of Recruitment.
