Oversees the operations of our western division which includes three states and multiple cities. • Collaborates with Project Controls to establish schedule and utilizes cross-functional collaboration with various department heads to monitor progress and validate project schedule. • Organizes daily stand-ups with internal teams to ensure scheduled production is met by utilizing our internal scheduling software Primavera P6. • Analyzes Primavera P6 to establish priorities and organize the appropriate team with priority task lists. • Develops and presents weekly operations summary report and risk log to internal and external stakeholders. • Leads and schedules weekly client update calls, as the client representative, where successes and risks are communicated efficiently and effectively. • Developed internal process documentation which outlined responsible task owners of project deliverables and where to file said documents on our internal SharePoint.
