That early start shaped my work ethic and passion for supporting people — something that has stayed with me throughout a 25+ year career across Healthcare, Industrial, Engineering, and IT. I progressed from Recruitment Consultant to Operations Director, achieving Chartered Management Status along the way.For the past seven years, I’ve focused on Healthcare, where I truly feel at home and know I make a meaningful difference. Having witnessed both the challenges and the life‑changing benefits of Homecare firsthand, I’ve developed a deep understanding of what high‑quality care should look like and why it matters.Today, I work closely with ICBs, Local Authorities, and Case Managers across England, supporting them through our CQC Nurse‑Led Homecare managed service.
