ABOUT BRYONY WATSON
Bryony is a mechanical biased Associate with over 7 years of industry experience and chartered with the Institute of Mechanical Engineers. Her technical skills, interpersonal abilities and uniquely creative mindset have proven highly effective in the delivery of various projects throughout her career to-date.Working with industry-leaders RED Engineering, and previously Mace, Bryony takes a results-driven approach, responding to challenges with alternative solutions, new ideas and an aptitude for teamwork and collaborative thinking. She is also highly skilled in industry-specific software packages, including AutoCAD, Navisworks, 6SigmaDCX, IES and PIPE-FLO.Bryony has significant experience in the development of data centres, with much of her previous projects centred on this area. Notably, she co-wrote a paper which was presented by a colleague at the 2019 IBPSA Conference in Rome, focussed on the re-entrainment levels of large chiller plant compounds.She is especially passionate about inspiring girls & women from underprivileged backgrounds into pursuing STEM careers, and was part of the STEMazing Inspiration Academy’s first cohort in 2021, where she led interactive STEM classes for school children.Bryony is also a member of CIBSE, and an Associate Member of the Energy Institute
