As co-founder of Nook Lettings, I’ve been passionate about property for as long as I can remember. With over 15 years of hands-on experience managing my own portfolio, I understand the demands and challenges landlords face. I’ve worked extensively in HMOs, student lets, and property renovations, creating inviting, functional spaces for tenants. This experience has shaped my approach to property management and fuels my commitment to raising industry standards.Nook Lettings was born from shared frustrations with traditional property management. Nick Brake and I realised that landlords, like us, often receive far less service and value than they deserve. As a self-managing landlord, I saw the time and effort it takes to stay compliant and manage day-to-day tasks. Nick, with over 15 years working with letting agents, was equally frustrated by the lack of transparency. Together, we founded Nook Lettings to offer a service that’s efficient, transparent, and truly landlord-focused.At Nook Lettings, we believe in empowering landlords to stay in control while enjoying the ease of hands-off management. Our tech-driven approach provides clients with instant access to statements, invoices, and tenant requests through our app, ensuring they stay informed at every step. For me, Nook Lettings is about delivering a property management experience that maximises value and minimises hassle for landlords.
