SW Councils is a not-for-profit membership organisation of 41 local authorities and 100+ associate organisation. We provide advice and support to organisations and individuals on a wide range of HR and Learning and Organisational Development services. We support the sharing of best practice and knowledge and lobby on issues of concern within the region. Our core business has been built on knowledge of the public sector but with increased partnership working and transferable skills development we are working more and more alongside the not-for-profit and private sector.
