Prompted by the desire to be the best, we work tirelessly to create the right ambience and experience for you.My role at Heritage Portfolio is an Event Designer for Mansfield Traquair.• Full event management from start to finish• Daily venue show rounds• Extensive product knowledge• Responsible for dealing with incoming emails and phone calls• Face to face selling• Creating bespoke proposals based around clients needs and desires and delivering on the day/night• Advising clients of food and wine pairing• Work with clients by phone and email to support the management of their events• Being the point of contact for the client throughout their event• Maximizing sales revenues through both small and large events.• Corporate events for over 250 guests• Strong rapport building with clients• Managing multiple tasks by understanding the importance of time management• Working with other employees throughout all departments to ensure the event is delivered perfectly• Daily usage of company Event Management Software, Microsoft excel, and Microsoft word
