Bryn Tubb serves as an Investment Associate at SGF Capital, where she sources, evaluates, and manages investments across private and public markets. Alongside her investing responsibilities, Bryn plays a key role in developing the firm’s investment platform, helping design the tech systems, reporting frameworks, and decision-making processes that support rigorous underwriting, effective portfolio management, and long-term scalability.Prior to joining SGF Capital, Bryn was a Senior Associate at Owner Resource Group, a lower-middle-market private equity firm focused on control-oriented investments in family- and founder-led businesses. In this role, she led diligence efforts, developed operating and valuation models, and worked directly with founders and management teams on strategic and operational value-creation initiatives, focusing on properly implementing change management, which particularly resonated with her due to growing up in a closely held family business environment. Bryn began her career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Guggenheim Securities, specializing in the Energy sector.Bryn graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business with a B.B.A. in Finance with a concentration in Energy and minor in Russian Area Studies. While at SMU, she served as the President of the Spindletop Energy Investment Fund and the President of SMU\'s Russian Club.
