To summarize, I have 20+ years experience in the IT/Networking industry with nearly all of those years being sales focused. I have maintained an active CCIE (#8830) for more than 22 years – one of the most difficult certifications in the industry. I have worked in a pre-sales role in over 30 countries, as an engineer, architect, consultant, and an International Business Development Manager. I lived and worked in Europe for many years, where I led diverse teams across many different cultures and countries. With this distinct background, I have the somewhat unique ability to understand multiple facets of the business drivers, the technical requirements, and even the cultural impacts of my customers, which has given me a distinctive perspective on this exciting industry.On a more personal note, I am a highly driven individual who loves “wearing multiple hats” every day. I thrive on challenging myself, and have a knack for “connecting the unconnected” and finding solutions to my customer’s most difficult problems. I enjoy travel and interacting with new people and solving issues for customers.    Principal Architect covering Global Networking. I have a fantastic role covering Global Enterprises for Cisco, where I lead Automation and Orchestration, as well as Artificial Intelligence for Cisco’s largest customers on the planet. I have written Agentic AI apps for Cisco Live events using LangChain and Crew AI, with fun components like Ollama, QDrant, Influx and Streamlit. I have experience with many LLM’s, including Open AI, GROK, Llama, Mistral, Phi and many others. With this experience, I am leading Cisco’s Global Sales Champions for cutting edge offerings like Cisco’s AI Canvas and Cisco Workflows.
