My role is to develop career pathway opportunities to support students in identifying career opportunities in industries that provide promise for future job demand, sustainable wages, and potential for industry-recognized credentials. I work to link students to career-focused courses and closing the opportunity gap of students completing college credit courses, which will better prepare students to be contributing, independent adults. I provide leadership and support to students, teachers, and administrators who develop and maintain our career pathway programs.
