Essentially, I recruit talented individuals who are passionate about finance and guide them through our training programs, helping them develop their skills and advance their careers in the financial industry. I provide ongoing support and mentorship to ensure their success, while also managing team performance and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. It\'s a dynamic role that allows me to both teach and support others as they navigate their career paths in finance.
