ABOUT BRYNNA HAUPT

PORTFOLIO: brynnahaupt.com–I recently heard an industry professional say,\"Hard work beats talent when talent doesn\'t work hard,\" and I felt as though my college career was summarized in just one line. As an avid Philadelphia-sports fan, I have been in awe of sports and video production since I was five years old. So, when it was time to go to college, it was \"clearly\" a stretch that I pursued a Media Studies and Production degree at Temple University\'s Klein College of Media and Communication. In my pursuit to become a digital media producer for a professional football team, hard work has defined my professional and academic career. I have had the pleasure of working with several media and production companies in order to achieve this goal. Throughout my time at Temple, I worked for organizations and brands like Temple Athletics, ChatterBlast Media, 20/20 Visual Media, TMNA Services LLC, and OwlSports Update, where I have gained hands-on experience in the evolving world of sports, media, and video production. I\'ve also held several leadership roles, such as a peer advisor for Klein College Career Services and a tutor for student-athletes. One of my proudest accomplishments at Temple is being a part of the founding team and serving as President for the Sports Media Society for Women (SMSW). This group aims to empower and inspire women who are interested in pursuing a career in sports media through networking events and guest speakers. As a May 2021 Summa Cum Laude graduate from Temple University, I hope to continue working with various media and production companies so that I can follow my path into the sports media industry.
