About Brynn MacDougall
Brynn MacDougall is the Deputy Program Director at the U.S. Global Leadership Coalition, where she plans events with Members of Congress, Fortune 500 Companies, and NGOs to advocate for America\'s civilian-led international affairs programs. Prior to joining USGLC, Brynn worked at nonprofits in Philadelphia, where she directed girls leadership programs, fundraised, and planned events for a legal aid organization. Brynn holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Roanoke College, a certificate in Nonprofit Ascending Leadership from Bryn Mawr College, and is a graduate of Leadership Philadelphia. Brynn was a recipient of the U.S. State Department Citizen Diplomacy Action Fund and the Mandela Washington Fellowship Reciprocal Exchange for her work with girls leadership programs in Kenya and Malawi and served on the inaugural delegation of Young American NGO Leaders to Taiwan. Brynn is also passionate about food and cooking and, in her spare time, has worked with local organizations including Fresh Farm and Bold Fork Books.
