ABOUT BRYNN DANIELS

Born and raised in Canada and now based in Nashville, Brynn brings a mix of small‑town prairie charm and startup‑level urgency to her executive recruiting. She has spent nearly a decade helping healthcare technology companies—from seed through growth stage—hire the leaders who set their trajectory.Currently, Brynn is the founder of Carnelia Talent, where she partners with early‑stage teams as a fractional talent leader for director‑level and above hiring. She works directly with founders and executives to build scalable recruiting operations, spanning role definition, interview design, scorecard calibration, and candidate experience, so companies can consistently attract and close top talent.Previously, she was a Partner at Soul Search, placing commercial, finance, and product leaders at the C‑suite and VP levels for Sprinter Health, NimbleRX, AmalgamRX, Beam Benefits, and Digital Diagnostics and more. To this day, much of her work comes through repeat searches and long‑term client relationships.Earlier in her career, she spent seven years at Daversa Partners, helping build their healthcare practice establishing them as a market leader in the sector. She built a deep healthcare network and placed executives across commercial, product, operations, and finance for clients like Maven Clinic, Rula, Curai, Color, PathAI, Ophelia, and Verato, often supporting multiple searches for the same organizations as they scaled.Across roles, Brynn is known for being a collaborative thought partner to leadership teams, combining sharp market insight with hands‑on execution so that each executive hire has lasting impact.
