I handle escalated alert response issues for our customers and serve as a liaison between our customers and our monitoring partners. I collaborate daily with several different teams, including Hardware, Dispatch, Implementation, Configuration, Customer Success, and Systems Support, to handle a variety of tasks from monitoring consultations to alert discrepancy investigations to onboarding checks. Our team is always looking to better align our monitoring partnership services with our customers\' security needs and expectations. Alongside my team and the rest of LVT Support, I strive to effectively communicate with and provide alert response solutions for our customers, enabling our internal teams and monitoring partners to do the same!
