ABOUT BRYN SHEA

Hi, I’m Bryn Shea. I’m a driven graduate from Ohio University with a degree in Human and Consumer Sciences, focusing on Retail and Fashion Merchandising with a Marketing minor. I’ve always loved the creative side of retail and enjoyed learning about consumer behavior, branding, and marketing strategy.At OU, I served as the Director of Recruitment Events for Pi Beta Phi, where I planned large events, led team collaboration, and helped create a positive experience for potential new members. That role helped me grow as a leader and communicator and showed me how much I enjoy organization and management.I also interned with Ann Taylor LOFT in Columbus as a Visual Sales and Merchandising Intern. I worked with store leadership on floor sets, visual displays, and customer engagement, gaining hands-on experience in styling and customer service. It taught me that I’m confident taking initiative, solving problems quickly, and adapting in fast-paced environments.I’m excited to continue building my skills in retail, fashion, and marketing. I love combining creativity with strategy and am always open to opportunities that let me learn, collaborate, and grow in this industry.
