Replacement of the building’s heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, and the associated direct digital control systems; including some interior improvements to the fire suppression, fire alarm, and finishes that will go with the HVAC work.• $9,566,960 NASPEN, Building 603 Window Replacement & Repair- Pensacola, FL. Demolition and replacement of 170 windows; including modifications of window openings, structural repair of corroded steal and brick façades.• $16,631,574 NASPEN, Hurricane Sally Package 4- Building 603 Renovation Construction Contract (Design-Build). Construction Manager- Design Phase. Storm remediation and renovation of approximately square feet; including the addition of a new cooling tower, roof repairs, building envelope repairs, repair of interior finishes, complete replacement of the fire alarm system, and electrical repairs.• $26,846,447 NASPEN. Building 3251 Navy Gateway Inn and Suites Renovation project. Renovation of the existing Bachelor Quarters Building including: the addition of a new elevator tower on the east side of the building; replacement of all existing HVAC, Electrical, Fire Alarm, Fire Sprinkler, and other building systems.• NASPEN. Demolition of 47 buildings and the surrounding site areas; as well as the mothballing of nine (9) structures to preserve and maintain the historic for future restoration at Naval Air Station (NAS) Pensacola and Saufley Field Annex.
