As a founding member of the UX and Human Factors team, I lead end-to-end mixed-methods research for Fortune 100 tech companies, uncovering user needs, usability challenges, and opportunities to improve digital experiences. I design and conduct studies using surveys, interviews, usability testing, and eye-tracking to inform product decisions across software platforms, apps, and immersive experiences such as VR. I partner with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and cognitive scientists, to translate behavioral insights into actionable recommendations that enhance user engagement and satisfaction. My research has driven prioritization of key UX metrics, optimized product flows, and supported development of inclusive, user-friendly interfaces across web and mobile environments.
