With over seven years of experience in human resources, I am a passionate and results-oriented leader who strives to empower and develop financial professionals at TIAA. As the current Human Resources Manager, I oversee the HR solutions for a large and diverse business unit, ensuring alignment with the organization\'s strategic goals and values. I also leverage my expertise in adult learning and facilitation to design and deliver engaging and effective learning programs that enhance the skills and competencies of the employees. In my previous roles as a Learning Consultant and a Senior Facilitator, I contributed to the creation and implementation of various learning initiatives, such as the Financial Consultant Development Program, the Onboarding Program, and the Leadership Development Program. I have developed and honed skills in employee engagement, workforce planning, talent management, performance management, and coaching. I am committed to fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and inclusion at TIAA, and to supporting the mission of providing financial well-being to the people we serve.
