My Role as Group Compliance Officer is to take a central role to supplement functions across IRIS Group and ensure that new legislation is spotted and complied with, with the correct priority and providing consultancy services around security best practice, GDPR, Anti Money Laundering, PCI-DSS, FCA, ISO and all other Regulatory requirements in a constantly changing landscape created by continued growth through acquisition. Work with all stakeholders to ensure that products are delivered to high quality with the correct regulatory compliance. Support strategic security planning to achieve and Mature business goals by prioritising Compliance initiatives and coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future Compliance Requirements. • Design and deploy a Centralised, Companywide GRC Strategy including Threat Modelling• Program manage the Design and Deployment of the GRC Strategy starting with Risk Management, Threat Modelling, Vulnerability Management, Patch Management and Information Risk Assessments while promoting Privacy by Design Principles• Perform a Gap analysis for compliance audits and fill gaps by Creating, Updating or Reviewing existing evidence• Ensure that all necessary security and compliance policies and procedures are established and maintained.• Ensure on-going compliance with standards such as PCI-DSS, ISO and Cyber Security Essentials Plus while Centralising these activities from acquisitions while Maintaining current accreditations• Own all elements of the Risk Management Process• Own the internal Audit process • Work with business teams to ensure that compliance needs are understood, Tracked, and owned • Staying on top of new legislation and notify affected Stakeholders • Perform Due Diligence on potential acquisitions to ensure that all Compliance issues are noted before acquisition and planned for appropriately.• Manage internal and External Relationships with key Stakeholders, up to Board and CEO Level
