ABOUT BRYCEN MONJAZEB

My name is Brycen Monjazeb and I am from San Diego, California. I decided to attend The Kelley School Of Business, majoring in real estate and finance, with no hesitation. With my mom being in finance law, and my dad working in the field as well, I’ve grown up slowly gaining knowledge on all aspects of finance. I decided real estate was my calling once my uncle, who deals with investment banking and real estate investment and development, decided to mentor me at 14 years old. I have such a wide range of assets ranging from leadership to ability to work hard. I have been involved with leadership from a young age, being captain of all my sports teams, as well as my nationally ranked varsity lacrosse team, being class president 4 years in a row, and participating in and organizing TVIA, a club that lets teen volunteers take action in the community. I have great people skills which let me accelerate in all those positions, and I also value my critical thinking skills. I am great at problem solving and critical thinking whether it\'s helping my mom with a case or dealing with my stock portfolio. I’ve had successful 256% growth in the market over the past 6 years through my own research and investment which reassures me that I belong in the finance world. I know a job that needs any of these traits, which are most in the real estate world, would fit me extremely well.
