I led the redesign of our old AngularJS monolith, breaking it into seven role-based.NET Blazor apps. This not only made everything faster and more reliable but also helped our team ship new features more confidently.One of my favorite projects was building a real-time AI grading tool that gives instant diagnostic results for diabetic retinopathy.I also developed an iOS app and SDK using Swift/SwiftUI that connects directly to handheld retinal cameras over WiFi (TCP), making the entire screening process smoother and more portable.Beyond that, I built internal tools to streamline order management, grader licensing, onboarding for new organizations, and other diagnostic workflows.Along the way, I mentored team members transitioning into engineering roles, helping grow our team’s skills and culture.I also played a hands-on role in shaping product direction — helping define requirements, writing acceptance criteria, and leading Agile ceremonies like planning, grooming, and retros.
