ABOUT BRYCE HENNEN
I am a Finance major with the intention of getting a Masters of Accountancy at the University of Georgia (Class of 2026) with a 3.9 GPA. I also have hands-on experience in credit, consulting, and finance. This summer, I\'ll be interning at Truist as a Real Estate Corporate & Investment Banking (RECIB) Analyst. I will analyze institutional borrower financials, evaluate loan and collateral structures, and prepare credit memos to support real estate investment banking and underwriting decisions for senior leadership.My professional background includes at Republic Finance, where I work as a Branch Operations Intern, supporting consumer loan underwriting by assessing credit risk, processing loan applications, and ensuring compliance. I also interned at NewDay USA as a Credit Analyst, where I analyzed Veteran mortgage loan files by evaluating key credit risk indicators and resolving operational issues to support efficient and accurate loan closings.I\'ve also worked at Shutterfly as an Operational Consultant, developing operational improvements by analyzing workflow inefficiencies, identifying cost‑saving opportunities, and developing solutions that resulted in over $100K in projected annual savings. Additionally, I have experience as an AI Training Specialist, developing and refining thousands of prompts and evaluating large language model outputs to strengthen model accuracy, reasoning, and overall performance.I thrive in analytical, team-oriented environments where I can use my skills in Excel, financial modeling, and strategic planning to drive measurable results.
