About Bryce Brown

My passion is using business to make the world a better place! Currently that looks like using my analytical background, innovative spirit, and project management skills to publish an exciting family board game that teaches teamwork and brings joy to people who play it. I have seen this experience as a practical alternative to an MBA. I’ve learned how to raise capital for startups, hire contractors, design and manufacture new products, market and sell in a competitive environment and provide an excellent customer experience. With these new skills, my object is to find an organization where I can contribute my leadership skills, analytical approach and passion for innovation. I excel at setting a vision for a company or department and have a unique ability to open doors or solve problems that others have been unable to.    Designed and published 3 successful board games after founding Castillo Games• Hired 18 people in 4 different teams, directing them in graphic design, web design, sales and marketing and created a highly engaged Gen-Z and Millennial workforce• Raised over of capital from investors and through Kickstarter to manufacture games• Manufactured games and delivered them to thousands of customers in over 25 countries• Won the prestigious Dice Tower Seal of Excellence for the game Rescuing Robin Hood
