With nearly 30 years in the financial services industry, I’ve had the opportunity to work across almost every facet of sales and distribution—from sales support and wholesaling to training, product development, and leadership. That hands-on experience across multiple distribution channels, and with variable, fixed, and fixed index annuities, has shaped how I approach collaboration and service today.Throughout my career, I’ve worked closely with advisors, broker/dealers, IMOs, and marketers, but just as importantly, I’ve partnered with internal teams across product development, marketing, operations, and strategy. Bringing these teams together to understand partner needs, anticipate market trends, and create aligned solutions is central to how we help our business and our partners grow.My goal is to learn from the people we serve, collaborate across the organization, and build strong relationships that drive meaningful, long-term success for our teams, our partners, and the customers who rely on us.
