About Bryce Carr
In my time in the industry, I\'ve toured in dirty vans and worked on deals with some of the biggest artists in the world. I believe in elevating artists through creative content and in leveraging data to amplify impact while driving revenue. But most importantly, I believe in music\'s ability to bring people together around a shared experience or a common passion. Currently, I\'m the Senior Director - Event Development at Sixthman (Norwegian Cruise Line) where I work in partnership with musical artists, sports teams, and other IP to unite their communities at sea for the vacation of a lifetime. These cruises connect fans through a shared pilgrimage where community members are with their tribe. all while building lasting relationships with talent. Our events are attended by the most vocal and dedicated members of a fanbase and offer talent an opportunity to show two-way appreciation to their fans. Think one part music festival, one part experiential marketing pop-up, and one part unforgettable vacation.Previously, I was the Director of Creator Partnerships for Music at Rally.io where we enabled creators to build blockchain-powered communities through social tokens and NFTs. These tools unlocked the power of Web3 and allowed artists to build more engaged communities, authenticate fans, and drive shared value in ways that lead to real money and stronger relationships. Before that, I led the Artist Marketing team at Fender in LA where I helped to define the company\'s strategy around artists for core instruments, the Fender Play Foundation, and the Fender Play digital ecosystem. In this role, I focused on facilitating deals and creating authentic content that highlighted our artist partners while elevating our products along the way. This content led to many awards, including a Cannes Silver Lion. From 2016 to 2018, I pursued my MBA at the USC Marshall School of Business, where I focused my studies on the intersection of entertainment and business.Somewhere along the way, I spent time at Bandsintown, Logitech/Ultimate Ears, and in artist management.Don\'t be afraid of reaching out!
