   Program: Dojo In any cloud migration one of the largest challenges in bringing the various product teams up to speed on the new technologies. Most developers have large gaps in networking, security, PKI, and more. I conceived and developed Provider\'s Dojo to meet this need. The Dojo developed a series of security approved open source patterns for architecture in the cloud and provides thorough training to speed adoption of the patterns. Success Metrics: increased speed to migrate, lower change failure rates during migration, and developer happiness Program: Cloud Enablement My team and I worked with portfolio and product architects to structure a plan to lift & shift the products out of the physical data center and into Azure - adopting cloud native wherever possible. Collaborated with product and operational managers to ensure customer care was at the forefront of every step. Resulting solution is HIPAA, HITRUST, and SOC2 compliant. Success Metrics: meet projected annual savings on operational costs, complete yearly product migration targets, employee cloud aptitude, and net reduction in product incidents
