ABOUT BRYCE KELLY

As a second year corporate associate at a leading law firm, I focus on private equity M&A transactions and advising emerging companies throughout the business lifecycle. I’ve developed a strong foundation in transactional law, with experience supporting clients through all stages of complex deals — from due diligence and drafting to execution and post-closing integration. My practice centers around representing private equity sponsors, strategic buyers of all sizes, venture-backed startups, and growth-stage companies. I regularly assist with M&A transactions, entity formation, governance, and corporate compliance. Whether it\'s managing the diligence process or drafting purchase agreements and ancillary documents, I aim to bring clarity, precision, and efficiency to every deal. I’m passionate about helping businesses grow and enjoy building strong, collaborative relationships with clients and colleagues. I take a proactive, detail-oriented approach to my work and value the opportunity to learn from the challenges and nuances each transaction presents. Prior to becoming an attorney, I actively sought diverse experiences across the legal landscape to build a broad and well-rounded perspective. I’ve had the privilege of working at a boutique workers’ compensation firm, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit under an Article judge, a BigLaw firm, and in-house at a Fortune 500 global financial services company — all of which have contributed to my holistic approach to the practice of law.
